You might think we’re just a couple of ordinary, suburban Mums.
Not your typical Instagram Yoga Babes.

And you’d be right. That’s our super-power.

We get sleepless nights, middle-aged bodies, anxious teenagers, aging parents, financial strain. We get what it’s like to carry the mental load, run a household, a business, and keep up with the washing. We’re walking the same path as you.

What keeps us going is our practice of Yoga. Not only does it keeps us sane, but it also keeps us ahead of the curveballs life throws at us. It gives us the clarity and vitality we need to deflect the naysayers, to become agents of peaceful and meaningful change.

It’s true. We’re on a bit of a mission to make the world a better place. As mothers, it’s in our nature to want something better for our children and future generations. And while we don’t have all the answers (yet), we know that our beautiful classes, meditations, retreats, and self-care products will help you find ease in your breath, mind, and body. In finding ease and caring for yourself in a loving way, we believe you will feel a greater sense of compassion and connection to yourself, others, and the environment. And if we all feel a little more connection and compassion, that’s got to be a great place to start, right?

So, we’re happy to start a ripple, to bring about change one yoga class, one meditation, one self-care-ritual at a time. We hope that you will join us.

Both Jennifer and Tracy are meditation, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga teachers.

With a background in health promotion, a psychology degree, and specialist training in attachment theory, relationships, grief, and trauma-informed care, it’s not surprising that Jennifer’s classes feel like mother nature herself has just given you a warm hug.

Tracy has been practicing Yoga since the last century. She wants to share her love of yoga and meditation to help people cope with the challenges of modern-day life. She’s also an amazing cook and currently completing her studies in nutrition. So not only will Tracy make you feel great with her Yin and meditation classes, she’ll feed you will delicious comfort food that’s also good for you.
