Smoked Bratwurst Hot on the Grill

Now if that doesn't look delicious, I don't know what is.

It was sometime in spring when the grill master, Chef Hubby cooked these. This is among the many foods that we love to eat, grilled. And the perfect pair for this are the Au Gratin which the hubs calls, cheesy taters and the sauerkraut. I am not crazy about the sauerkraut so it is always rice that I chose.

It's still winter so we couldn't enjoy grilled foods yet not unless we'll go to a restaurant. Also, we don't have grilling paraphernalia that we could use indoor so I think, we just have to wait until spring again.

Well, winter has started so three more months to go and spring will again sprung. It won't be long. That, I'd like to believe so. (",)
