Instant Arroz Cald-O

I bought this box from the Asian store a month or two ago, but guess what? I totally forgot about it. It was in the cabinet, but it was hidden behind my husband's boxes of instant mashed potatoes. So, it was only last week that I was able to cook it.

It was my first time to have tried this one since we always had the freshly-cooked Arroz Cald-O back home and I can say, I still prefer the home-made or freshly-cooked one. I've never been a fan of instant food, but I was drooling when I saw this. Maybe because I was missing the fresh food back home.

But I did have three bowls of this and my son had two bowls. The husband didn't even try it and I had to throw the rest. Well, at least I know now.
