My husband loves playing the guitar. It is his one loved hobby next to watching and cheering for his favorite baseball and basketball teams. He has collections of books of guitar chords and books of easy songs for guitar which he has acquired since he was in high-school. Some of the books are worn out now, but he doesn’t want to get rid of them. Besides, the chords are still readable so, no problem.
His guitar is sitting on its rack near our fire place and he’s had it for years. It still looks good to me and I actually thought it was new. That's how he took care of it. That’s how he loves it.
