I've been suffering from headache from time to time lately. But it's not something that concerns me a lot because more often that not, it disappears when i'm already well rested. So, i believe it's just a tension headache. I was just probably stressed.
But anyway, if you are experiencing an unusual headache that is very different from any you have had before, or a change in the usual pattern of your headaches, it can be a cause for concern already. Here's what you should do.
Call your doctor now if you have:
1) A very sudden "thunderclap" headache.
2) A sudden, severe headache unlike any you have had before.
3) Headache with stiff neck, fever, nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, or confusion.
4) A sudden, severe headache with a stiff neck that develops soon after the headache starts.
5) Headache with weakness, paralysis, numbness, visual disturbances, slurred speech, confusion, or behavior changes.
6) Headaches following a recent fall or blow to the head.

You should probably get it checked anyway, stress can lead to more sickness so it's better to be sure :) Take it easy and try to relax, and don't forget to get a good night's sleep. Hope you don't get those headaches anymore!
