What is Their Problem?

I can't submit an opp to their website again! I've encountered this problem with them many times already. It says the opp doesn't contain a link to the website when in fact, when you click the link in my opp, you will be redirected to the advertiser's site. I've sent them a couple of emails before but never heard from them even once until the opp expired. So i think this will be another one of those. Oh well...
