Stretching one's wallet, now that's something we all seem to be experts at nowadays :) But then again, we're learning lots on how to save and be frugal, so definitely for the better!
Stretching one's body, that's one of the most relaxing things to do at the beginning and at the end of the day :) Stretching at the beginning of the day really helps to wake you up and energizes you. At the end of the day, it's a wonderful way to de-stress after a long day's work. I really find Pilates and Yoga really helpful in helping achieve a peaceful and calm state of mind and body.
Stretching in the morning is a great way to feel more alert.
