Ground Pork With Pechay

I'm the official cook here at home for two weeks now since Mom's away for a vacation. For days, we've been eating fish and i felt like i want to puke already even with just the smell of it. So one time, i asked my bro to buy pork chop and ground pork. I also let him buy some veggies. I missed pechay (chinese cabbage) so it's what i used to match the ground pork. It's a very simple dish. One of those i consider an experiment that i do every now and then. I sauteed the garlic, onions and tomatoes then added the ground pork. I then put pepper and let it simmer until the pork is cooked. Then the pechay and put salt and Maggi magic sarap (my cooking isn't complete without this one) to taste. And that's it. They said it's yummy. Well, they don't have a choice, do they? LOL.
