Beefy Baked Macaroni

I've always loved pasta and this is among the many pasta dishes that i really like. So whenever i am at the mall, this is what i usually have for snack.

I was at the mall with some friends a couple of days ago and of course, as expected, i ordered this one. They were still contemplating actually on where we'll have our snack but i insisted on my favorite fast food chain which is Greenwich because they make such delicious pasta and this is one of them. Hmmm, writing this post makes me crave for another one. (",)

Osteoporosis

Mom was talking about Osteoporosis recently starting when she was offered to get a bone scan. I was reading this health book and came across Osteoporosis so i thought of putting it here for the benefit of everybody. Here:

Osteoporosis is a disease that causes a person's bones to become so weak that they can break during normal daily activities. Osteoporosis affects millions of older adults in North America. Women are five times more likely to develop osteoporosis than men are.

Osteoporosis is more common after menopause, when estrogen levels decline. Risk factors for osteoporosis include slender body frame, Asian or European heritage, family history of Osteoporosis, and getting little or no weight-bearing exercise. Women who smoke or drink are also at greater risk. Elevated thyroid hormone (hyperthyroidism) may also cause osteoporosis.

Binagoongang Baboy

This is one among the many Filipino dishes that i like. I always end up with a full stomach whenever this is our viand. I used to prepare this at least once every two weeks before but not anymore. It's been a while actually that i haven't tasted this one. There's no problem with me but the problem is with my folks. They both have high blood pressures and this dish is definitely a no-no!

Anyways, Ms. Kris Aquino prepared this dish yesterday at her cooking segment in Boy and Kris. Preparing this dish is really simple but the strange thing they did was they've added vinegar to it. I haven't tried that one yet. It's tastes good for sure since Kris was with a Chef. Let me try that soon.

Arrozcaldo

This is one among the many favorite snacks that i have. We have this restaurant here in the city who really makes an excellent arrozcaldo. So whenever i'm at work, this is what i usually order. I can have this every single day and matched with this mashed sweet potatoes that this resto does good too. Hmmm, i'm actually craving for it now. I didn't go to work today so i didn't have my share of my fave snack. I'll have it tomorrow.

Arrozcaldo is a Filipino dish that is composed of rice, chicken and egg. The egg is hard boiled and is placed once the rice and chicken is already cooked. It is very easy to cook yet i never get to try preparing one. Perhaps as soon as i get the time.
