This is what we had for Christmas Eve or Noche Buena. The roasted pig (Lechon) looks yummy, huh? It is indeed yummy! We also had Baked Mac in lieu of Lasagna. The resto ran out of Lasagna noodles so they gave us Baked Mac instead. We also had Diced Vegies, Beef Kaldereta and Chicken Lollipop. I forgot to put the Chocolate Cake and
Kakanin which include Cassava Cake, Rice Cake (suman) and Ube Jam when i took this picture. I put them in the fridge earlier in the night and i totally forgot to get them before taking this photo. Anyways, just try to imagine them there beside the lechon. Hehe. So, are you drooling now?
Wow, the lechon looks yummy! I want the crispy and crunchy skin! hehe I made one myself, a baked lechon from the oven but not a whole pig and it taste good. Love the crunchy and crispy skin and the meat is so good with the spices. :)
