This is one among the many favorite snacks that i have. We have this restaurant here in the city who really makes an excellent arrozcaldo. So whenever i'm at work, this is what i usually order. I can have this every single day and matched with this mashed sweet potatoes that this resto does good too. Hmmm, i'm actually craving for it now. I didn't go to work today so i didn't have my share of my fave snack. I'll have it tomorrow.Arrozcaldo is a Filipino dish that is composed of rice, chicken and egg. The egg is hard boiled and is placed once the rice and chicken is already cooked. It is very easy to cook yet i never get to try preparing one. Perhaps as soon as i get the time.
